I don't like the lazy approach of finding a base... Make one or get someone to make icons.

Right, because getting someone else to make it for you isn't lazy. That aside, I agree to an extent. It really is better to make or get someone to make bases for you, but otherwise, there are a couple of good sites that you can find regular bases, and alot of clothing for them. Don't focus on it being a just a 'Bleach icon'.
