The game shall be called Naruto: Shippuden Wars. It will be severely based on the recently started Naruto Shippuden series. As many of you know, Shippuden is what happens after the time skip in the manga. Much of this game will be based on that. The war part comes in when I emphasize the events that take place in Shippuden. At the beginning, the organization known as Akatsuki begins to move in on the bijuus. Even more so than before. This game will focus on the struggles between the bijuus and their allies against Akatsuki.
I'm not quite sure how everything is going to work. I'm not in favor of randomizing so many aspects of character creation that it defeats the purpose of character creation in the first place. The players need to like their characters. They need to craft their characters in a way that fits their own personality. A certain percentage for bijuu or curse mark? A random chance of joining akatsuki? What decides all this? I am still unsure of all the details, but I think it will be reasonable that the whole team votes once I get it assembled.
Beyond all that, I do have some complete ideas. Chakra elements that factor in to jutsu skills and even play into creating your own jutsu like Naruto did in recent chapters. Chakra knives like what Asuma "has" (Don't want spoilers) are also a possibility. I plan to add many Clans, but I want to have limited villages in order to promote an active community within the players.
I think I have said enough about the game thus far and I hope you are satisfied. Though, the game will never get published by a lone coder with no skills in art. I am in need of icon artists (badly) as well as graphic designers (for banners and such). Another coder or two would not be bad. Also, we will need a mapper with a good deal of knowledge about the Naruto universe. Also, we will definitely need a host(s). Preferably ones that will play the game with the players and can host often. More staff will be hired at a later date for running a forum among other tasks.

this was put into Classified Adds by Betrayer1337 Advertising his game because he needed staff ... If anyone remembers my game Orochimaru VS Akatsuki, It was almost the EXACT same thing ... the only difference he said was that he didnt like random clans. But he did mention it meaning he knows about it. I assume he liked my game and is making one based on its aspects ... is there anything I can do about this cause its really not fair !

When you're developing a game concept based off another's work (especially when it's something in popular media such as Naruto), then there's a pretty good chance that someone else will probably also think to develop a game based off of the same thing.
If you had an original game concept, then you might have a valid complaint. Since you don't really have one, I'd suggest you just make your game the best you can, and let your each games design prove which ever is better.
