Not sure how to put this really; I'm unsure how to combine an HTML form with the DM code to produce a result.

For example; You enter something into a form in a pop-up, and then pressing submit or such, the code picks up on it.

Confusing? Yes. Anyone care to point to some demos or give some examples?
