Simple explaiion : start a quest , kill 1 moster of whatever it wants you to kill, relog, your point in the quest is gone, you can also not start anymore quests from him.
Long and unessary explainnion: create a new cahritor, name him, choose a class, choose an alligment, choose a gender, roll stats untill happy, click finsih, click charters name, wait to download resources, talk to skinner whatever, click the rabbit one, kill rabbets till you get 1 rabiet skin, click the red X, go back to the lobby, click characters, click the characterss name, wait for login, talk to skinner whatever, your quest will be forgotten and he wont let you start any new ones.... congratulations youve found a bug !
