Descriptive Problem Summary:
When I reply to a blog post, I get email notifications, but I do not get pages saying 'so and so replied to x,' or even an alert on the website (which I'm going to guess are synonomous).

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
Set up email alerts.
Reply to a blog post.
Wait for another comment by someone else.
Notice an email, but no page/alert (however, I just do not get the red spinning BYOND symbol -- it still shows up on my home page).

Expected Results:
Either I don't get an email notification, or I get a page.

Actual Results:
I get an email notification, but no page.

Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often? Since the Quote/Reply buttons were introduced, every time.
In other games?
In other user accounts?
On other computers?

When does the problem NOT occur?
I'm unsure of when alerts occur and when they do not.

Did the problem NOT occur in any earlier versions? If so, what was the last version that worked? (Visit http://www.byond.com/download/build to download old versions for testing.)
