Those of you have Visual C++ know what I'm talking about. How about something like Syntax Help?

There's already syntax help; it's called the reference.

I think options that finish a function for you are very annoying, mainly when you're trying to write something of your own that looks like a different function, and it also seems to make people out as lazy programmers.

I think you misunderstood me. Here's an example of what I mean. say you were typing out a switch. It shows the basic format for switch. Nothing more, nothing less.
