Is there a way that I can like delet the key I have and make a new one?

No, do a search for posts about the topic and you will find short arguments over that very thing. All you can do is ignore your old key and forget about it.

the only problem is I have no other email and I cannot afford another key on the same email.

Change the email on your current acount to another email account, register a new account, and then change your old accounts email back to your email.
