ATI Radeon HD 5870!
So I bought one of these babies this morning, and it should arrive on Monday! I'm pretty psyched to be honest; it should be an awesome card. Not sure what to do with my old HD 4850. Might build a new rig with it in, as a spare computer for LANing, not sure yet though. Will post up some benchmarks, results and opinions on Monday!

Actually the HD5870 is surprisingly efficent, using less power than the 285 or 4890. And yeah, I'm hoping Dx11 will catch on. 'Tis only really nVidia saying it won't. Plus the GTX295 is two cards in one box, so the 5870 is currently the best single-card in the world ^_^
Oh yeah, and it's not coming today because OcUK are liars and thieves... hopefully will come tomorrow, but from eBuyer.

Well how much power (in watts) do you need at minimum?

Here's what I have to say about the HD5870. I am an ATi fanboy, but I'm still kind of skeptical about the 5870's advantage over the GTX295. :/
