Google it. The plain homebrew sites are pretty easy to find. They don't hide like rom sites. dcemu.com used to be a big homebrew resource, but I have no idea if they are still around.

We don't either. Using a search engine isn't that hard. It's easier than programming.
(and perhaps a DM Guide-like thing for this)
Perhaps you're looking for the word, guide (or tutorial)?
But I don't know what's the point of asking for this. If you had found something as the DM Guide, you wouldn't read it either.

When I get [dirty word] enlargement ads for searching for DS Homebrew - yes, it is hard to use a search engine.
As the title says, I'm looking into how to make my own PSP games.
Is there any site to touch apon this? (and perhaps a DM Guide-like thing for this)
I use to create games for the PSP not too long ago, though recently I have taken a break. There are several ways to create homebrew game for the PSP; the easiest way is to learn LUA.
Next you can learn C/C++, though setting everything up for it such as Cygwin will take more than four hours, but I think itÂ’s worth it.
http://www.psp-programming.com/tutorials/ is a great place that shows you how to set up an environment and create a hello world program for the PSP. Though if you have no C/C++ knowledge I suggest learning LUA as you can not learn and create a game with C/C++ in a just a week.
A great site I visit every day is pspupdates.com, there you can grab the latest homebrew games; ask for help on the forums, a more.
