It isnt an illegal topic. I just want an answer.

If I make my completely original game with PSP Homebrew stuff, am I allowed to make money off of it?
It is on Sony's System... but still.
For a developer to make any kind of anything on a system like this they must purchase a license from the system's creator (eg. Sony).
Stop putting (NOT ILLEGAL) in your topic names please. Aside from the fact that the caps are annoying, it's also redundant--homebrew's legality is common knowledge.

You may have seen some topics locked in the past by other moderators, but not regarding homebrew. I may have closed a thread or two regarding playing pirated games on handhelds, but I don't recall any such cases. Other moderators are more likely to do that anyway, and just to remind you, I'm not the only moderator. The others are well aware however that homebrew is perfectly legal, which is why homebrew topics have not been locked. In fact I'm quite interested in the subject myself; more often than not I've been inclined to participate in the discussion.

If you're going to homebrew for anything I suggest the Wii. It's recently been hacked no messing with the hardware required.

Very well. Out of the DS, Wii, and PSP, which is the easiest to make homebrew games for?

(PSP is seeming to be a... very bad demon. C is like, the devil. lol)
