Uhm..i post that cause i need help to continue making that =/
maybe if you can guys tell me how to make it better(and ill try) =D i got no idea how to remake the head xD!!for me it looks wide.

Either you can make the head wider and longer or make him less muscular....

I edited the pic =) now it has not that lot muscles (it looks muscled too) the shoulders was too big and legs looking strange.

Get rid of the pillow shading and apply a lightsource of your choosing.

And look at some abs for reference and apply what you see to your base.
