I found a semi-recent version of chat on a backup cd I made of February, so once I got this chillin I plan to either integrate them together somehow with a skin option or just host two separate servers. (which in my opinion isn't a bad idea.)

I want to keep the integrity of the neons, so the interface will not be totally customizable as seen in the late version of Chat, but I have created an alternative to the hot pink borders. You can now choose between Hot Pink, Neon Blue and Lime Green borders.
