How does one create such a simple yet awesome game, the only reason I even have BYOND is because of this amazing masterpiece of a game, most people download BYOND just to play it

I have no idea if you even read these but I have a question, is SS13 public domain now? i'm working on a comic series about SS13 so i'm just wondering if that's cool or not.
