I'm just fiddling around with making something that has a "low budget" feel, but still looks decent. I did this in about 20 minutes just jerking around in MS Paint. Sexy, right?
It feels kind of cartoon-y and comic-book-y what with the colouring not being in the lines. I kind of like it.
Simple but effective. Maybe have some more definition on the separation between the water and green? Black lining like on the mountains seems to work well.
