Edit as movie... in Feature Requests

Issue hasn't been assigned a status value.
I would like to be able to select multiple icon states, then click "Edit as movie" and have those icon states show up as each frame of the 1 direction movie.

This could be handled by better copy and paste support. You could select three icon states (that are all non-animated, one directional states), copy them, make a new movie, and paste the three icon states as frames. There are a lot of cases where I wished that copy and pasting worked differently than it does.

Ah that would be even better. Then they wouldn't have to handle the multi directional case, or explain why its not handled or whatever.

I would also like to see the ability to import multiple files into a movie. Programs that can render graphics into separate image files would be easier to work with.

Either that or since we're able to select multiple frames in a movie, allow import to select multiple files and put each file into a frame. Similar to how copy and paste works in movies.
