Descriptive Problem Summary:
I'm not sure what all becoming a Fan of a game does, but it does at least add it to your watched/favorite games. Using the [Not a Fan] link will not remove it from these lists (on your pager and homepage), and you will have to delete the game using your pager to get rid of it.

Fanning a game doesn't add it to your favorites in account management. Not sure if those favorite systems are even relevant anymore.

That seems like a bug. Agreed that unfanning should remove it from the pager too. Frankly, I think we should just have one system where fanning a game puts it in your pager and favorites, and unfanning removes it from everywhere. I think we had a reason not to do it that way but it eludes me at this late hour. We'll take a look this week.
