Descriptive Problem Summary:
When calling browse_rsc() to display a dynamic icon at the same time as it is being displayed on the map, sometimes the icon does not display in the map.

Expected Results:
The icon should display in both places.

Actual Results:
Only the browser shows the icon.

Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often? Intermittent

When does the problem NOT occur?
The problem does not appear for icons that have not been altered since compile-time.
