How exactly does this work?
"You can withdraw funds via PayPal. This is the cheapest, fastest service available. You don't even need to have a PayPal account."

Where does it withdraw the funds to if you don't have a PayPal account o.O
It'll likely withdraw it to your credit card. No credit card? Then you can't withdrawal without a PayPal account.

I have a PayPal account; I was just wondering how it worked. Especially since it doesn't seem to take any information except the amount and your e-mail address.

I know it supplements payments made with the service using your bank account on file since I've had my fair share of PP-EFTs buying online, but I can't fathom the reverse working since it has no bank account information for a PayPal account that doesn't exist.

I think they do have some manner of debit card you can get now and you can EFT directly out of your PayPal account like a standard debit/checking account, so you'd likely wanna do that if you don't want to associate your bank information with PayPal. An account with PayPal would still be required, though.

It works in the same way as sending money to someone without an account. It'll email them a notification, they'll create an account with the email address in question and the funds will be there when the account is activated.
