The Death of Lists?

POSSIBLE NEW REVELATIONS IN THE CASE OF THE MISSING OVERLAYS
It seems like all internal lists may have a meltdown when this problem occurs, as you wont recieve verbs that are added upon loading your character <.< still no runtimes to support byond actualy knows anything is happening though

at the time of this bug the list of players that had been on the server was insanely long, im starting to beleive it has to due with login/logout I SHALL RUN SOME TESTS

If you can provide a standalone test case, that would be ideal. If we can isolate a bug, we can almost always fix it.
