Heartbeat Procs in Design Philosophy

somebody just said that procs run from mob/stat() run 100x faster then other procs, and that this is called a heartbeat proc

sounds like bs! anyone else?

What do you mean "runs 100x faster"? Also yes, it's lies.

It is BS. Infact, think about it, a proc that runs approx every 8 ticks is going to end up lagging the server.
