mmo fps shooter - Need help in Off Topic

Hi, i am having trouble getting started with my game.

So i'm trying to get the design of my game done.

So i need help with the following

My game is supposed to be set in space in a space ship. But unsure what other locations may be included.

What stats would be in the game?

What kind of weapons?

What kind of quest?

Is this an actual "first-person" shooter or did you really mean "third-person" shooter?

is it a first person shooter?
like, you see out of the eyes of the person like in Call of Duty, cuz that would be awesome, you'd be like the second person to do that.
