Welp, I've grown up here on BYOND since middle school. Many people obviously know this because I was terribly ignorant way back then eh? I've been a subject on the Bandwagon, I've had a game with 50 players before, and I've successfully lasted this long without getting banned!

Welp, now I'm in college, and only a bit more smarter. Haha, just kidding, but I do owe the Grammar Nazis for helping me with my English. ;) I'm now taking History and Sociology of Rock and Roll, Computer Hardware Maintenence, Computer Software Maintenece, and Microcomputer Applications. All these classes have been awesome and fun, going to try to get a few programming classes under my belt so tell me what language do you recommend? They offer quite a few different ones, and I have to learn the basics of a language as a requirement for my degree.

Also some news for everyone who's followed me this long after NFV died, I've started recoding the source code bit by bit everyday just for a little fun here and there, and I must say that the possibility of it coming out is getting stronger, why? Because in the way I'm coding, if Naruto games get banned from BYOND, I'll be able to just change it to Ninjas: Fallen Vengeance. So look out for that this winter... maybe.

Anyways, I realized it had been a while since I've made a post. So I thought I'd throw in some cool things I've been doing:

Coding Wise-
-Worked on learning how to code with the isometric system but couldn't get my idea flourished because of the bugs with stacking. :/
-Been recoding NFV
-Just been havin' fun looking at different perspectives people have done. I believe Yut Put has a library with a 3D perspective overhead. (Probably said that wrong) I found it interesting but once I tried to make something out of it, it got laggy way too fast for me to be able to do much with it sadly. I'm sorry Yut :( Work on it some more. Also someone else (I can't remember who) made the same thing except theirs seemed a bit less laggy. But anywho, that's what I've been doing.

Anime Wise-
-Watched Full Metal Panic - 5/5 (Hope they finish the series)
-Watched Hikaru No Go - (4/5)
-Nabari no Ou - Still watching but I like it. :)

Welp.... Toodles! :D
How the hell are VB and C# on the same option, that makes no sense.

I agree.
lol college... nice bro... I too have been on Byond since Middle School and am looking for a decent college... anyway Good luck and try learning C++

i actually have to learn all of them
I'd say C++ or Java since those two are the most versatile. (not completely sure about Python)
inb4 java sucks

We think too much alike, DT. I came down here to make that comment.
I''ve been waiting for NFV for a long time. It was the first game on BYOND that I actually liked playing. :P

Still have the trolls. It's not like I know everything about every programming language out there. One time I tried to learn VB and I downloaded the software and the book started to teach me C# so I dunno...

Trolling would be calling you stupid for confusing VB with C++. Everyone here has been asking why you would put the two in the same category.

People who disagree with you or point out your ignorance are not trolls.

Wouldn't pointing out my ignorance and calling me stupid pretty much be the same thing?

Only if you don't learn from it.

Well thanks for teaching me. :D lol. I guess that's why I'm probably not going to be learning either one of them. But someone told me Visual Basic is a good one to learn, I've had others tell me Java is good too because unlike C++ it can be done on other machines.

The better question is, why stop at one?
Also someone else (I can't remember who) made the same thing except theirs seemed a bit less laggy.

Meeeeeeeeeee. Except I scrapped it because it's a pretty pointless concept unless you actually can do the pixel art for it, which is tedious and ridiculous. As well, it only works for single-player. Just a proof of concept thing.

THIS GUYYYYY! To be honest, I thought it was interesting. I'd like to fiddle around with it sometime. lol
If you want the source, just tell me. I'm giving up on it - in my opinion, I think it's useless.
