Map Problem. What I See Is Not What I Get. in Developer Help

So yeah... basically this is what I see in Dream Maker...

I'm using the default map_format. Anyone know what this is happening?

Something happening at runtime.

I'd say it has to do with it being two turfs on top of each other, but I don't know. :/

It'll adopt the vars of the topmost turfs though.

This is the problem. One solution would be to put the directional icons in separate icon_states so it doesn't rely on dir (which mimic's the top-most turf's, like overlays do).
