OK, so I'm getting into programming now, and one of the things I'm going to be looking into doing is working on a game in byond based on a card game I played at PAX, called Fluxx.

Any help, advice, etc etc for this would be greatly appreciated.

OK, so another year, another PAX. Not the same.

PAX is getting huge, and to be honest, quite impressive.

That's the keynote, courtesy of Will Wheaton, with some great laughs, great memories, and a few great points regarding gaming. I highly reccomend it.

If you like that, I'm sure you can find many of the other awesome things that went on.

OK, to be honest, I was not expecting to like Live Free or Die Hard. I'm a huge fan of the old ones, and the previews made it seem very unlike Die Hard. It seemed like another mindless generic action flick.

Instead, as it turns out, the movie is not only very close to the original formula, it's also one of the best in the series, just behind Die Hard with a Vengeance.

It comes with all you expect from a Die Hard movie, just with a little less blood and cursing than the previous versions.

If I had to make one gripe, it would be that a couple of the scenes are a bit over the top, but nothing horrible. The action scene with the jet is the worst offender, although not as bad as it certainly could've been.
