Winshow is annoying in Developer Help

This is real annoying, when i login i set all my windows except the loginwin to zero.i dont understand i checked everything and i dont see any error.

i am on my laptop and my src is on my desktop and i cant copy and paste it onto here so i am retyping as much as i can but this is how my login looks like but ignore the indentions. |
