Anyone have any ideas for a library or a demo?

I still don't have an understanding of how statpanels work. I can steal code to do what I want, but I don't have a mental model of what's going on. Like, is statpanel() supposed to set the current panel, create a panel, check to see which panel is active, or some combination of those?

Statpanel Selling Demo.

Can I get Woop Woop?
try adapting sariats explosion demo/lib to make it so that it works with overlays, and they are rounded off, instead of just pure blocks

oh and also it would be cool if it could exploded at a certain rate, instead of instantly it would expand at a rate set by a variable

Well I have most of that done in my explosion library at http://www.byond.com/hub/Theodis/Explosions . It doesn't have rounded explosions but that isn't too hard to add in. I just put up the basic explosion functionality so that it could be adjusted to different game's needs.

Well I first write a game. Then any useful pieces of code which can be made to work genericly like my language filter I extract and package it up as a library.

I'm pleased to report that sometime in the next few days, BYONDscape will be publishing the definitive guide to statpanels. As you can see from the passage above, this is something I've wanted for a long time! (And no, this isn't one of those deals where I announce I'm working on some big upcoming thing and then change my mind; the article is by another author and it's already written.) Keep watching the skies!

Very well, then: only five more months until BYONDscape releases the statpanel article!
