I really hate this thing, I have posted many classified ads, many times, but i haven't got answer on one single of my ad yet. Why is it so? What is wrong? Why nobody answers me? Even I m giving good reward, then why???

Here is my classified add, if there is anything I should change then please tell:

Help me.

'You will get Level 6 Admin, the greatest Level, who has all controls for the game. The Host and the Artists both will get this Admin Level!'

Additional workload is not considered reward by a lot of people. A lot of them might be looking into some form of monetary compensation.

You could compare your advert and the way it is worded with some other advert like KhaosParadox's Eternia. Not only does it showcase some of the project's progress (a mock up), but it promotes a feeling of effort and dedication to the project through how the requested is worded. That and an additional real compensation make the advert quite attractive, even when the demanded qualifications are quite high (for BYOND standards). Note that the active link to a well formatted hub entry that contains plenty of additional information on the project and visual stimulation (mock-up 'screen shoots') is certainly beneficial as well.

Edit:
Additionally, people that include some form of hubris ('making the best game, ever seen!', 'guaranteed to have 50 players') automatically come off as delusional design wise. Not to mention that a mere cloned mix of games with plenty of previous appearance on BYOND (Harry Potter and DBZ in your case) might not be really that attractive, opposed to work that focuses on a project has less competition topic wise.
A general advertising guide ( http://www.allbusiness.com/marketing/advertising/3983-1.html ) shows some fairly effective tips which could very well apply to BYOND games. I'll take time out of my day to answer your call for help and make an effort to point you in the right direction.

First and most importantly, your compensation states a Level 6 GM which is apparently the highest level (G)ame (M)oderator that one can achieve.
This is an awful form of compensation, inviting the potential for abusive GM's which will spawn other problems. When I go to a game, I care about the game play and having fun, not obtaining GM and being seen as a big shot or something.

Secondly, you mentioned having the best byond game yet the game is calling for help in the classified ads. You should re-think the description and re-word it. Offering any links to screenshots and describing the reasons you feel the game is unique and/or enjoyable should help you achieve a slightly higher rate of success.

Finally, you made a mention about being too lazy within the contact information at the bottom of the post. This could be a dead giveaway that your project may suffer poor coordination. While I personally would appreciate the honesty some things are better left unstated. What do you think a restraunt manager would tell me if I was applying for a job and I told him I could not wake up some days and was too lazy to get out of bed? He'd say I am being considered and no sooner when I leave he'd likely rip up my application and throw it in the dumpster.

Don't give up, just re-think. GM's need to be people you could trust. No one enjoys dealing with a GM having a bad day that bans you just because of a small argument, or worse, bans you just for the fun of it. If you goto gamestop or blockbuster and rent/purchase a game, is your line of thinking (I want to get GM on this thing), or is it (wow I gotta try this it looks cool)? A little common sense goes a long way.

To tell you the truth, when I view a Classified Ads thread the first thing I look at is the type of compensation you're offering. As harsh as it may sound, if it has nothing to do with money, then I'm not interested. Level 6 GM doesn't help me pay the bills.

Nobody is saying those topics don't get replies, just that they don't get replies often.

Comparing yourself to others is the wrong way to justify yourself.

Yet, that's life in a nutshell.

If you want to fail, sure. I mean, if you were to compare yourself to Garthor or Lummox JR here (and that's just BYOND, keep in mind), you'd probably get pretty depressed and leave. But if you're happy that you're learning, then keep on learning and you'll be able to reach those higher levels of programming (or really any other thing you're trying to achieve).

At OP: Make your advert more appealing. Money is generally requested, and if not there better be a damn good motive for someone to spend their time working for you.
