Phone help? in Off Topic

I have a Samsung X496 and when I try to download ringtones that are like above 200kb it says content too big to download, anyone know why this is? I have 2400kb memory left. Thanks.

Well it depends where your downloading your ringtone to...maybe your internal memory is full but your external (memory card) has lots of space. Configure where your download is going too.

Any idea on how I can do that? But thanks for the suggestion, at least now I have an idea.

Your best option is to read the user manuel or call samsung yourself.
