I think this is rrelated to that one post reguarding the alleged hacker who was supposed to strike.... If I remember correctly, he was refered to as Homes...er something.... Anyways... This would be his way of justifying an attack on BYOND, by instigating the people on the forum into a conflict, and thereby making himself feel better for attacking the server...

From the forums, at any rate. I don't think they globally ban keys from using BYOND itself--though games can be written in a way that allows the hosts to maintain ban lists.

I think there should be a proc that checks if a person is baned from the forums like:


mob/Login()
    if(src.key(banedfromforums) == 1))
        del(src)
    else
        ..()


That would be nice.
