Problem
Hey guys, I just got a webcam so I can video chat with my girl friend, but for some reason it wont work with msn. I've tried to see if it's the webcam, but when I use it with AMCAP (The software it installed on the disk) it worked fine. Any idea why it wont work?

You tried going into Audio and Video setup make sure msn is finding the webcam.

This happened with my webcam as well. All it took was a driver update to fix. Have you checked the company website for a later driver release?
