Yet another stylesheet.

Once again I, Jack, was a wee bit bored and decided to do a new stylesheet. It took a while to get the desired effect, but what do you think?
(Yes, I was inspired to try it after seeing Mike Heasley's blog)
Suggestions? Comments? Complaints?
