This game is INSPIRED by One Piece but it is NOT One Piece.

I am currently in need of a Pixel Art and Assistant Programmer.

The Pixel Artist will need to be able to create the following things: turfs,base,buildings,skills,and etc.

First, I would like to state this is UNPAID! Because, I have been so bored lately... Me and VixiV had a project called Sprites Tale that we working on that got D/Ced because Vixi found a job *sob*. Currently I am stuck on what to do for Exp Formula and monster stats, so I came to the Design Philosophy to ask you guys how you go about it? So how would you guys about character exp formulas?

Is there a way to take a health bar and make the bar lose health with out having icon states such as 100,90,80,etc? If their is a way to do so with out having the many icon states please show me how.

When will this game start development?

Is this game going to be like this for example: You have a device(item) that allows you to change to a demon/spirit thing that uses magic?(Or something like that.)

If so I am defiently following this game I have had an idea like that for awhile but never worked up nerve to create it since I thought I wouldn't be able to handle it well.

But either way I like what I seen just from the banner it really caught my attention so I am following this game can't wait to see what you do with it Pride, I know you'll make this a good game.
