He doesn't get the name "Twinkletoes" for no reason. He's fast. Naruto needs to make a sign to summon a clone, then wait for his clone to form his rasengan. It would take even longer to form a rasenshuriken, which he would have to use sparingly. He can only pull one off without Sage Mode.

it takes like half a second to make a cross with your fingers and like 4.5 to make a resengan that he could use smoke bombs and stuff to make a distraction then make a shitload of himselfs to distract aang charging up for a resenshuriken tht aang wont be able to see with the smoke from the smoke bomb and all the smoke from the clones the resenshuriken plows through
AND aang still has to fill the "giant" hole with water he cant hold naruto down in the hole with the air while water bending and as i said before naruto has kawa and water walking
either way naruto can summon a clone make a resengan and hit aang before he can make a giant hole fill it with water and find a way to get naruto in the hole and down to the bottom
