DD problems in BYOND Discussion

I cannot get a red circle with a line through it off of someones name. And it wont let him log in the server, what do I do?

I'll assume DD stands for Dream Daemon and the red circle with a line is a ban.
Simply select their key and click Remove Ban?

The red circle is still there.

Try manually removing it from cfg/hostban.txt

There are two possibilities here. One is that you have pager-banned this person and didn't realize it; you should check that in your pager settings. The other is that a sticky ban on another user is catching this guy because he has the same IP address or computer_id that was used by another banned user to log in. If you know his IP or computer_id you can look for those in hostban.txt and remove them from any sticky bans you have.

He isent pager banned and I have no bans whatsoever.
