But I'm reporting Wtrbooger for posting pornography on someone else's website.

is it bannable? or membership revokable?

It's up to the owners of blogs to moderate them.

If you genuinely feel a user is breaking the terms of service, you should report them directly to BYOND staff with the Support Form.
