I'm not sure doing that is really very helpful to the community. Moderators use the yea/nay system as an easy gauge of posts that may need checking for content.
We will check anyway, but if you have a spare 2 minutes as opposed to a lot of time, it's easy to just hit the nay'd posts quickly and leave the rest for someone with more time.
