Bullets in a pop up? in Developer Help

How could I make a pop up have bullets? For example: An options pop up for options like sound to bet set on or off, or a pop up asking for the player choice. If there is a article or thread with this same question, then please by all means provide a link.

why would you need bullets o.o

from what in can gather from the foggy brain of mine(its 3:40am) you would have to either :

1)type it out yourself. i mean type each bullet yourself.

2)use html to create a little list in the browser or an output...

From what I gathered he thinks checkboxes are bullets.
