That way I know what to fix! I found the shop and light problems. Not sure on the fights. With a starting swordfighter I kill bats in a swing or two. The starting sword is a small sword, so not terribly damaging, but bats are very small and quick and not very resilient so hitting them may be an issue, but when a hit lands it should wreck them.
