What are some features that BYOND players would like to see in a MUD? How important are things like craft systems, automated combat, automated questing, custom quests, etc. in relation to one another? What do you like to spend your MUD time doing (making things, fighting things, looking for things, socializing, etc.)?
I'd like to see one that's finished or at least playable, regardless of the features. You spent too much time on features you end up without any MUD.

Personally I want a MUD where you run around in a prehistoric environment collecting a variety of building materials, many of which are specific to a certain area in the rather large world. You'd also discover, from different tribes around the world, a variety of tools that can be made with certain building materials.

Area descriptions would either be dynamic or just repeat depending on the terrain you're in.

In the end, the more you explore, the more you'll be able to make. But of course, traveling around the world should have some dangers, like predatory creatures trying to eat you, and navigating harsh environments and keeping your supplies sufficient to promote survival.
