Changed CSS
Well, I've changed the CSS a bit for the guild.
If you still think it's too bright, you probably have your screen brightness and contrast at 100%, put them both at 75-80 %.

I suggest changing the body color of these boxes to a darker color. It does kind of hurt the eyes.
