AOL's Newest Cool Thing
AOL and Warner Bros. have teamed up to bring us In2TV, a totally free broadband TV network. It has full length TV episodes including great shows like Babylon 5, and Pinky and the Brain.
Also, Lummox JR will probably be happy to hear that so far they have 9 episodes of Adventures of Brisco County Jr.

The most you have to install is Windows XP, Windows Media Player 10, Internet Explorer 6, and Flash Player 8(or so).
Most people have most of those installed already, and other than the first couple, they aren't too insidious. :P
