Can't log into games.

Every time I log into a game it says that I'm logged in as a "Guest key" When I'm clearly logged in on My key..This started happening right after my Norton trial ended about a week ago, but I renewed it today and it still says the same thing..
Can anyone help me please?

Falacy you should add a Flag wars guide for noobs. It's Really annoying how noobs think there gonna gain lvls just by running around with the flags. Make a pop up thing when you register for the Flag wars. Please add it
