Keyboard missing letters... in Off Topic

Take a look at what missing 3 keys can get you(this is from my mom last night):


My keyboard isn't workin''. I've lost several keys. would you forward my email from my 'otmail? You'll 'ave to email me at aol and I'll 'et offline so you 'an 'all me on de telepone. tanks!
