mouse buttons

I would like to be able to override the RightClick behaviour, and I would very much like to be able to use the 3rd mouse button (the wheel ya know (I know not everyone has those)). The wheel itself would also be nice to use.

This has been requested so many times.. It's on The List, to my knowledge. I assume it's a 3.0+ feature.. It's somewhat luxury.
