Papercraft anyone?
Just curious. Does anyone else make papercrafts?.. Or even know what it is?
If you don't, then I'll tell you, kay? They're made from cutting out paper, then gluing it together so that in the end you have a 3d model made out of paper. I haven't made many, due to the fact that more complex models are pretty time consuming, but it's pretty fun.
The stuff you can print out and make ranges from the catbus from Totoro, to Link from Zelda and even Howl's Moving Castle.

Anyways you can buy those paper craft kit thingys. I saw one for Master Roshi's house and came with the house, tree, and some little figures of turtle, goku and roshi.
Waste of money. >=|

That'd be paper mache. The difference is that with papercraft, you print out the design, carefully cut it out, fold the pieces and glue tabs and parts together. With paper mache you're putting down layers of paper (a floppy cheap paper usually, ie shredded newsprint as opposed to cardstock used in papercraft) covered in glue. And etc..

I'm not sure if it's the same thing...
One time in science I think we blew up a baloon, and covered it in paper+Glue and then popped the ballon and covered the hole and were left with a giant earth paper thing.

I make MechWarrior papercrafts sometimes, when I'm bored. Quite fun.
