Brush after you eat breakfast, and you should have no problem. You might naturally accumulate bacteria easier than other people, however. If that is the case, I suggest gurgling/swishing GOOD mouthwash (Like listerine... The more it burns, the better it works.) for about 20-30 seconds to get rid of that nasty bad breath from your entire mouth, not just your teeth, which should last you most of the day.

Once I didn't brush after having coffee, and just coffee for breakfast. The girls were all over me!
