For those of you who are into fantasy, magic, and good role play, you better look up Hogwarts: A History. A game not based off Harry Potter, but more so based on the school in which Harry attends. The people there are great, the rules are fair, and the game is totally fun! It gives Harry Potter fans, and fans of fantasy a reason to stick around!
So how do we start off? Well basicly you start off from just exiting the train. You talk the the guy standing there and he puts you on a boat and you sail onward to Hogwarts. Once you're there, you enter the school and head to Great Hall, where a hat will assign you to 1 of the 4 houses.
After joining a house, you may look around the school and introduce yourself to some of the other wonderful players, or you may find your house room, or library to study and wait for classes. When classes are held, a brilliant guiding system will guide you as to where the classroom is. Once you are in class, you'll be taut one of several spells!
Overall, I give it a 9! Definitely a game I recommend!

This is one of the games that made me realize I should make a Harry Potter game. I mean its basic and boring while it should be a LOT of fun, yet it still has a few players.

This game is relatively new, but its improving greatly with little of the pwipes we all learned to hate, and I just love the community.

I agree with BigBoiD, it is too short. It doesn't hit on reasons why is has good presentation, originality, or very much gameplay at all. I like to hear about what you can do in a game before I attempt to play it.

The horrible graphics and the fact that everyone is running around as a pokemon character turned me off from the game, so I don't really know what you did on it.
Probably sat there and waited until class started, and then the teacher didn't show up, and you get mad and leave the game, like all harry potter games. | |
Great game,Great people but their are some flaws.The icons make me feel like a midget,its a little too easy to spam a spell and Detention is dreadful :O.But other than that I love it.

A lot of you are wondering what else there is too do. What this evaluation did was just state how you start the game.There is much more to do and more to come. The game is updating daily and has lots of orginal things to do. There is herbology, with a plant growing system. Newly added potions system with 3-4 potions and more being worked on. Flying has been updated so that you can fly up or down in the air, this is for the soon to come quidditch. There are over 70 spellz to learn and a variety of ways to learn them: classes,leveling, reading certain books, and hidden spell courses in the castle. Also there are in game quests that tests ur knowledge and abilities within the game. Along with that there are Capture the Flag and Slayer events along with other Made up Events by the GMs. right now the only place to fight monsters is in the pixie field but the forest is soon to return and there are a variety of magical items to buy(including our owls and unique owl post system). On top of that its all up to you. Students will frequently make up their own games or ways to pass time. Dueling is starting to become a poopular sport among the students. Things that may be coming soon. Riding the Hogwarts Express, Quidditch, more classes,more spells, magical sweets, ability to go underwater and explore the depths of the lake.

me ya sure i like this game iv been playing it for well lets just say iv been playing since the start this games go lot sto offer just very small not much to fight or explore but they are comeing out with the forest again hopefully with some new monsters bur THEY NEED TO GET NEW PREFECTS AND STAFF!
some of the staff is nice yes but some are horrible they give deteion to kids for no possible reason and lie about it to the other Gms and the prefects are being givein to people who play for a week or so one down fall is they just give postion to these people never heard of. Im not say i should be a GM but i think they should also consult with the students because we have just as much power as the staff does. There also is never any Staff to help these new students out i mean the staffs never on well they are on alot but they teach about 1 class a day makeing it hard to duel or play around with students... but ONe big problem is these prefects they dont let us use any jokefull spells in school the think there so tuf and give us detion for every single thing we do! THEY NEED NEW PERFECTS AND MORE PROFFESORS!THEY SHOULD HAVE 2 OF EVERY PROFESSOR OR MAYBE JUST ADD like 2 more proffesors so we have atleast 4 classes over the week end and 10 over the week but of course theyll say whats the point of that because we get all the spells no the more spells we got the more we have fun funnier it is the more people will play and the more we will invite are friends and they also need to add alot more quest . Thats some thing they need to step up and do. | |

I probly could be a language teacher for all you know so dont start critisising over the internet or in real life because critising people wont get you any were.

Sokax, you are correct in saying that 'criticizing' people online or in real life will not result in getting anyone anywhere, but Mega_Joe1 has a point. Sadly, you did not just 'spell a few words wrong on a computer', you raped the english language. No offense, I'm not trying start something, as you did make some good points for the game. Just, to some people, those points would be much better presented if you used better grammer and puncuation.

Hello its me loong time student Allaster there hasent ever really been a good discussion about hogwarts a history but in my opinion i say it is a fairly good game..
pros(for me): nice Gmz and prefects, lots of spells to look foward to, contantly growing, pvp, a fair amount of items to purchase, hunting, large map to run around, classes held comonly, flying on your broom, fun events, spells learned from books, clans, some Rp, a great place to hang out. i know theres more but these are my basics. cons(for me): some of the players are a little bit mean.., leveling by reading can really grow stale even with the spells you learn, a few bugs, spam is also fairly happening but not that much, not enough monsters, noncuztomizable characters feels like you all clones. that pretty much covers me but im sure all of you have a different opinion. | |
i loved this game the graphics well ah well but the gameplay was a step on the moon it was simply fantastic but no customtion so yay hard to tell from one person to person.you could play qudditch that is preety cool and i cant get enogh even though class are rare 1 or 2 a day rare pwipes and i cant explain the rest so try it out i will give it 10 so good

As well, there are several jobs that involve criticizing. First and foremost is, obviously, being a critic, whether it be art, movie, videogame, literature, etc. Many stand-up comedians also make money from criticizing people.
