Ship System in Developer Help

Well im making an RPG.I have done a little bit of map, and i dont want any dbz "fly" techniques, so i need a ship system,I dont know where to start so can anyone help?

Map out how you want the system to work and go on from there?

Well,, that doesnt really help me, like i want once the person in the ship talks to the ship navigator it starts and u can move it,, but it still shows ur icon.

Then have the <code>usr</code> move to the ship's <code>contents</code> using <code>Move()</code>.
