In light of the success and popularity of the new map, Theatre, I got a suggestion to scrap all of the previous maps and design maps that were more strategic like Theatre. After consideration, I can agree with this seeing as the only maps players seem to like playing on are Gridlock and Theatre.

On a second note, I'll be releasing the tools to design maps later this evening so players can design maps that could possibly be added to the game. This will not only take a load off of my back for adding maps, but it will add a little more community interaction!

Thoughts?

Oh yeah, voted on "Some", didn't write which ones yet, lol. I don't like Apartment, and that one crowded one with all the bombs in it. There might be another one, but I can't remember them all, also, I played Theater real quickly solo, and I really didn't like it, I think all maps (except that one crowded one) has some ups and downs, but you shouldn't get rid of them. You don't see FPS games removing maps just because they aren't played, right? It's really just a matter of one map (or two I guess?) being more popular.

[Edit:]
Also, on an unrelated note, could you make mines non insta kill, I keep running into them, I sometimes forget where I placed it, and I can't see them easily. If their use is actually to trap enemies into walking on it, you would except to place them in key locations, which you always pass by yourself. Died like 4 times by mines, maybe this rant has to do with that, because it ended my highscore run before any zombies were able to kill me...
Well if the maps are in there and everybody complains when they have to play on that map, that isn't exactly a good thing to keep them in the game.

And mines will have a notice above them that says "armed" in the next update that I think really makes them easier to avoid.
Well, like I said, some people (like myself) like some of the current maps. It's more of an issue of maps being randomly chosen, and when it doesn't pick popular maps, people complain. That doesn't mean the maps shouldn't exist, but maybe have a different method of changing maps. Even if you change the maps, people will still have a preferred map and will always want to play on that particular map.
I see Kumorii's point though. Having the most used maps in the game also increases the likelihood that people will play.
Votemap ? each round?
It already does that. That's what he's basing this question from, the maps that seem to get skipped often.
Well, Feed previously used a system that would select a "match host" at random and that person would then be able to select which map was played next but that didn't work out very well. I love the current way maps are selected, though.

Sorry I have never played the game.

Thanks, man! It's perfectly fine!
You take care of the important matters first. (:
Well, I would say having more specific zombie spawn points and separated areas is better than a giant open area, but being able to permanently box the spawn points off is kind of pointless. However, I also don't think the current maps should be removed, they add variety and content. A vote system to pick which map to play next, instead of only a veto against a randomly selected map, would probably work better. You could then track which maps are voted for most often, and design future maps around that style.
I agree with Falacy, the maps you removed with the recent update were mostly my favorite ones, I always prefer the big maps. A voting system would work wonderfully.
Just a heads up, Feed won't be updated for awhile.
I have A LOT I want to get done for 1.9.5 so expect a pretty decent update in a couple weeks or so.

Sorry for the semi-necropost, but I didn't want to make a new thread for a trivial piece of information.
Np!
Looking forward to it.
Same, take your time :p.
Once again, sorry for the necropost, but I'll probably just update tonight with what I have done(seeing as a lot of the stuff done are remnants from the second half of the update to 1.9.4. Lest to mention I should have rank saving done tonight. (:

Afterwards I'll start on some sort of inventory system.
