People can still make the hubs, they just won't be listed or featured.

Nah, you just gotta through the slush pile to find DBZ games, now. They only forbid the dbz games they were specifically asked to be taken down.

FUNimation based games are rejected. Being rejected simply means that the hubs will not show up in the search results. The hubs still exist, though.
